SylvianCare Ltd is a registered, private and family-owned home care provider based in Reading, Berkshire that offers Domiciliary and Live-in Care Services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a growing business, we are currently looking for friendly, caring and professional Domiciliary Care Workers to join our Dedicated team in the Reading and Wokingham area on a full or part time basis.

Experience in care would be beneficial, however training will be provided. We will need to receive a DBS check and two satisfactory references before employment can commence and we are offering a competitive pay rate of £8.30, increasing to £8.55 after completion of the three month probation period.

Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
• To promote and assist with independence
• Delivering high quality personal care, whilst
ensuring clients are treated with the upmost
respect and dignity
• Assisting Clients with their daily routine
• Prompting or assisting with medication
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
and drinking
• General housework
• Companionship
