Project Scheduler with Primavera

Skills Required:
• Develops project schedule with key stakeholders for the Capital Project in Primavera using Activity or WBS structure
• Liaise with A/E firm, discipline leads, contractors and site function groups including QA/QC,
• Regulatory, Technical Services and Operations to control and maintain project schedule
• Integrate a variety of schedules and information from Microsoft project, MS Excel and versions of the schedule in Primavera
• Produce layouts and filters per owners, discipline and functions
• Ability to extract specific information from schedules by filters, histograms, S-curves,
Resource load schedule by either metrics or man hours
• Ability to organize, prepare and facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with project team and site function groups
• Implement routine progress updates with all functions
• Implement earned value progress measurement system
• Publish variance reports and schedule showing planned versus earned versus forecast
• Analyse and publish critical path activities proving movement on critical paths
• Publish look ahead schedules weekly to 3 months
• Establish routine progress update procedures in line with monthly end cost reports
• Incorporate change notices and change orders into schedule and review and publish effect of change
• Establish baseline metrics for benchmarking
• Evaluate claim and EOT information and schedule


Education/Experience
• Degree in Engineering or other related technical qualification
• Min 4 years working experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality assurance or quality control role
• Previous QC/QA and/or pharmaceutical experience in a GMP or GLP facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
