Responsibilities:
• Set-up, running, optimizing and producing parts according to drawings and work plans on CNC mills and making new prototypes with our project team;
• Loading, customizing and creating of CNC programs;
• Set-up CNC milling machine in accordance with the production documents, alignment of the part and tools, setting the zero points;
• Verification of processing parameters and production documents;
• Responsible for meeting quality requirements and documenting production records;
• Conception of production plans and documents;
• Active participation in the design and continuous improvement of production processes.

Are you a qualified machinist with expertise in set-up CNC milling for a new product?
Do you have experience in the execution of one-to-one product?
Do you know very well the diversity of cutting tools in milling machining?
Do you know the DIN/ISO programming in Sinumerik? But in MasterCAM?
When you look at the drawing of a piece, do you already see the method of clamping and machining on the CNC milling in 3-4 axes?
Do you know well and used the various measuring and control instruments?
